Praestantia Builders was founded in 2008 by, Adam Varley, who still takes an active role in meeting new clients and overseeing individual projects. He remains the contact point for clients and quality checks the job as it is developing.

Due to the overwhelming response from the general public, 2010 saw the Praestantia team expand in order to meet demands.
